El Sembrador Ministries is one of the largest Catholic Charismatic ministries on the West Coast of the United States for the Latino community. They have various ministries that make up the larger entity. One of those ministries is the youth ministry. In 1998, the ministry was struggling to connect with youth and asked me to design a poster for an annual event. This focus of this piece was a transition, or change, from one way of life to a better one. This piece is hand drawn and painted with water color. The final piece was re-rendered in digital format by another artist, under my direction and supervision, to the flyer and poster. The stage design was also modeled after my concept for the flyer. Attendance for the event increased by about 3,000 attendees due to the promotional campaign that started with my design.
